Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD is a skateboarding video game and the twelfth game in the Tony Hawk’s series of skateboarding games. The game is not an HD porting of the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, but rather an amalgamation of levels collected from the first two installments, remade in a completely new engine for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
The world in Fuel is stricken by global climate change, recourses are rare and mankind is fighting over the last remains of fuel. 14,000 square kilometers can be freely accessed - according to Guinness World Records the biggest racing game until now.

Fuel offers an external graphics menu only and the settings cannot be changed in the game itself. Besides the screen resolution you can adjust the textures (including Normal, dirt and Shadow Maps) as well as AF and FSAA. It seems like FSAA is not working correctly in our review version. At 1,680 x 1,050 with 16:1 AF and maximal details Fuel is running between 40 and 120 fps on a C2E QX6850 and a GTX 260-216. The CPU is used by about 50 percent. Below you can see comparison between minimal and maximal video settings.
In our gallery we also offer more self-made screenshots of Fuel. The game is scheduled to be released for the PC on July 02 while the version for Xbox 360 and PS 3 will hit the markets earlier.
